When boohoo went to Bea’s
When you think of spring, there’s a very distinct colour palette. Pastels, florals, pale pinks and blues and generally just an air of ‘prettiness’ – making Bea’s of Bloomsbury’s Marylebone boutique the perfect venue for our afternoon tea!
As well as boasting beautiful blossom trees and sunny skies, spring is also peak time for occasionwear, with spring weddings, early proms and graduations in full swing.
What better way to showcase boohoo’s latest occasionwear than invite some of our favourite fashion bloggers to enjoy a pastel-perfect afternoon tea while wearing our newest occasion dresses?
Whilst the outfits may have been formal, the event itself certainly wasn’t. In amongst the flatlays of the stunningly crafted cupcakes and endless cups of tea and hot chocolate, the bloggers traded tales of nightmare dates, social media do’s and don’ts , best boxsets of the moment and wardrobe malfunctions.
It was friendly, it was fun, and it was fashionable! After keenly polishing off the red velvet cupcakes, we took advantage of the sunshine and snapped some seriously stylish outfit shots. Each blogger had their own style when it came to the dresses, the posing and their accessorising, showing how truly diverse our occasionwear can be.
From frills to florals, chiffon to sophisticated, there was something for everyone – both for their wardrobes and on their plates!
A huge thank you to Bea’s for a deliciously delightful afternoon, and to our bloggers for showing that even tea and cake can be made more fun by dressing up!
